Broker API Keys: If you connect a brokerage account, your API credentials are stored in encrypted form. We use these solely to execute strategy mirroring on your behalf, within your own broker account. This applies to all supported platforms including futures brokers (Tradovate, Rithmic, NinjaTrader), stock & options brokers (Alpaca, Tradier, TradeStation, tastytrade), and crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, and others).

Communications: If you contact us, we retain records of that correspondence.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SyncETrade platform
• Authenticate your account and enable platform features
• Mirror trading strategies from followed traders into your connected broker or funded trading account
• Send service-related notifications and updates
• Improve platform functionality and user experience
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations

API keys you provide to connect your brokerage account are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. They are used exclusively to execute strategy mirroring within your own broker account. SyncETrade does not have the ability to withdraw or transfer funds from your brokerage account. This applies to all supported connection types — whether you connect a traditional broker, a funded trading account (e.g., Topstep via Tradovate), or a crypto exchange via manual API entry.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@syncetrade.com.
