By accessing or using SyncETrade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

SyncETrade is a technology platform only. We connect users with independent traders to enable strategy mirroring through users' own brokerage accounts.

SyncETrade is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, fund manager, or financial services provider in any jurisdiction. We do not provide investment advice, manage user funds, or guarantee any trading results. SyncETrade is also not affiliated with any funded trading firm (including Topstep or Apex Trader Funding) — we simply provide the technology to connect your funded account credentials to our mirroring system.

Nothing on SyncETrade constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, trader profiles, performance data, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance of any trader is not indicative of future results
• Strategy mirroring does not guarantee profitable outcomes
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Comply with your connected broker's terms of service
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Accept full responsibility for all trades mirrored through your account

All traders listed on the Platform are independent individuals. SyncETrade does not employ, control, or endorse any trader. Trader performance data is provided as reported and is not independently audited by SyncETrade in all cases.

SyncETrade does not hold, custody, manage, or transfer user funds. All capital remains in your own brokerage or funded trading account at all times. SyncETrade accesses your account solely through limited trading API permissions that you explicitly grant. We support connections via dedicated forms (Alpaca, Tradovate/Topstep, Tradier, TradingView) as well as manual API key entry for crypto exchanges, forex brokers, and additional stock platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncETrade Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

All Platform content, design, and technology is owned by SyncETrade Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@syncetrade.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
